The policy will be required my company's only adult workers with a minimum age of 18 years. No discrimination based on gender, race, religion/area, reed of credo, complexion, nationality, etc is made during recruitment.

2. Gate gathering
3. Personal Contact

* Working Age : Minimum 18 years of age
* How age is determined : HRD officials preliminarily screens new workers
* What age records are reviewed
1. Birth certificate if available
2. School certificate
3. Doctor Evaluation. etc.
4. Local commissioner certificate
5. Qualified doctor finally confirms age & issues written age Certificate
